Actually, on the final level, if you wait a second or 2 after the stuff on the target's platform begins to move before firing, the target will get trapped between the boulder and the thing holding the lower platform up. This gives you a few seconds to easily hit it without it moving.

I really liked this game, there are just 3 things that annoy me. 1)Some very useful skills, accuracy%, evade%, and reduce%, kept going back down after I upgraded them. 2)Occasionally, my ship would go through rock, and it got annoying when I got trapped and the edge of the screen killed me. 3)The saving issue was very irritating when I had to start a new game 3 times. But still, an excellent game.
Would be much more fun and much less frustrating if it relied more on skill than the crazy amount of luck you need to beat some levels. Even with maxed stats, you can't do anything about the indecisive panicking triceratops, angry suicidal pterodactyls, or giant flaming meteorites.
