As for the people complaining that it is a demo. What the hell? It's a longer demo than most companies provide. It looks fun, and provides an interesting new idea.
On top of this, I want you to remind you. you're playing it. By playing it, you are inherently saying it is good enough to play, and thus renders your arguments bad. The fact is I wouldn't have ever heard about this game if they had not provided the demo. They are good people who made the decision to market it this way, your derision just results in them feeling bad about making the work, and thus less likely to offer the quality game they do.
Me personally? If a game is good enough for me to beat, then it generally deserves a 5/5, this one does that beyond a doubt.
At 5 bucks (with code), If the demo is any good, I'm pretty convinced I'll buy it (what's this compared to say 60 dollar COD. it's a drop in the bucket, that's what it is.)
you know you can beat a level on easy, get the stars, and then come back later and beat it on normal with the extra abilities, right? Makes it a little easier (if not longer) to get through some of the iron challenges and whatnot
Color blindness isn't something I think about until I can't tell the difference between blue and purple and green and yellow, and then it infuriates me. This game I played most of until I read the description and noticed "colourblind-friendly interface" and I went back and was amazed that it was true! This game is awesome for programming and designing around that! 5/5
Sorry for double posting
EDIT: Great way to avoid "more elevators" criticism. Build elevators staggered. That is, take a pair a spaces and then every four or five floors switch between the two (so that their are 10 elevators in one vertical line rather than 1) It's expensive but it gives you that boost.
Then you can use the in between spaces for rooms!

I don't know if it's my inability to find the option, but would it be possible to go back out of the cave after you beat the game (as in, when you load a character that has beat the boss, you can choose to load from stone helm instead of battle final boss so imported characters can do more stuff)
and further, is it possible to have quests that you can perhaps redo so that you can up your level a little bit.
and if thats the case, in towns, is it possible to have 'portals' to other towns for quick navigation.
and a last idea, have maps with enemies, perhaps make it sort of like pokemon, animals randomly battle you as you walk about.
I suppose what I'm asking is make the game more open world.
Statistically the impossible badges have 1/2, or significantly less, winners than the hard badges on this site, or 1/4 the medium (I think in general it goes half, half, half from easy to next difficulty). So looking at that, this game more than deserves an impossible.
Could you add lasers to my ship, and maybe a button to slow (or stop) the acceleration? Then you could add a highscore for things shot. The things could be an option, and it just be an amusing side thingy. also perhaps a score multiplier? For example you can increase acceleration, increase difficulties, and increase other things to make your score higher, or you could decrease all that, safer but longer game play. These Are all things I've just been thinking of the top of my head (some of them really won't work) Also with the 100 less than your best score, you could give them 3-5 lives, and if they don't make it past 300 units (from their starting position) they go back to the beginning, this way it makes it a little harder to get farther
I love the suggestions! However I *think* I also like the fact that the games are really short... but I have noted your suggestions and all the others!
I have discovered that Dave is real, or at least Nate can see him too. Right after Xerxes disappears after the character and Dave talk, Nate says something to the extent of you 'two' are stupid. So that discludes SpinelessCoward's second theory of him being a figment of a crazies imagination. as for the ghost theory; the only thing I can say on that matter is that ghosts usually appear at night, or at least in less than the bright light of day, and more than one people see him at a time, but he is just outrageously ignored otherwise.
