Died at age 70. Considering I started as Unhealthy, and my final stats were Strong, Above average attractiveness, Cool charisma and Genius intelligence (I got a part as a doctor :D), I'd say I did pretty damn well.
I REALLY hate having to start from the very first patient when I mess up on the way too fast axe part of the vampire. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO MUCH HEALTH DAMMIT.
I managed to get like 15,000 in one day just by using my e-rockets at the peak of my launch, then using my parachute and avoiding the platforms so as to add more time to the clock. You only really need one parachute too, so buying at least lvl 1 in that, purchasing band all the way up and height mostly up, with 2 or 3 e-boosts, I managed to get into space in exactly five days lol.
Luck really plays a role in this game.

As far as beating the last level goes I just kept holding the right arrow key and kept spamming the jump button. Then when I fall I hit spacebar, rinse lather repeat. Eventually you'll have enough shadows of yourself to make a falling bridge of sorts. :P
Well at the beginning of the game Jack (I think his name was) said instead of going over the boring details as is, he would use "an interesting allegory", which explains why the levels are the way they are. As far as Kathryn's death, you pull the lever that kills her; due to his psychosis he believes it was an accident instead of him killing her.
In any case, this story is pretty sad. When I got to the end I was like "wait, wut".
