cain void stream can do 40+ damage to cc when can health is low.
cc is not good compare to cain.
cain has close attack and intercept opponent attack.
cc is slow.

rumiko has 70% chance to stun opponent and I have not seen any chance Eviscent does not stun opponent.
from range rumiko use only 35 energy to make 44 damage.
samari is the only guy can beat rumio by using sword flurry but from range, samari is still losing.

try phoebe, or voss or andromeda, or juju .
30 energy for juju to hit 40.
voss double slash can crital and hit 76.
andromeda no energy to interrupte light magic and hit you want 18 damage.
i don't see a point to say double slash is spammable because double slash guy only have close range and easily get into trouble if it is in range. Most player has both range attack.
andromeda, Tafari, ubuntu, popo, juju, cc can beat the double slash guy if play well.
no way double slash guy is spam..
