+1 star for copying Ratchet & Clank and some of Yahtzee's jokes. If you have to copy something, copy something good, right?
-1 star for no graphical options. God dammit, these should be in every Flash game. My computer lags like hell when playing this game. The forest level in the first planet was incredibly painful to sit through.
@ShadowLakitu Do you also expect to beat RPGs with the equipment and levels you start out with? No you don't, you'd be pretty stupid. Same with this game, you start of with weak weapons, but you get much better ones later on. Did you even know about the secondary weapons? I agree the first level was kinda challenging the first time I played it. After I beat it, I learned something about it, so I could beat it easier later. This game is a lot of fun, it's action-packed and exhilarating, but people like you, who expect the game to give a formal apology when you die and hold your hand through all the levels, really take away from it. So stop complaining about the difficulty and LEARN TO ADAPT.
Guys, stop whining. The game isn't that difficult. I'll admit I had problems at the first level, but after I realized I could fire rockets as well, I beat the mission with health to spare. PROTIP: Shotgun + Homing Rockets + Azote Chilling System = Easy Mode.
As for criticism, I hate bosses 2 and 3. Since they're so huge, when you hit them, the entire screen blinks. That's really annoying, since it makes dodging bullets tougher and may cause seizures.
What were you on when you came up with the Gravity Snail and the controls for it? Because I want some. Seriously though, Gravity Snail causes carpal tunnel because of the horrendous controls. 3/5
I'm totally having fun lagging my way through all the matches. Adding that three second delay to the controls really adds challenge. No, but seriously, why couldn't you do something to the graphics so that the game doesn't lag horribly? Oh yea, and before people pull the retarded "WHY DON'T U GET A BTTR COMPUTRE?!??1+11LOL!!1" card, I'm not going to waste any money just so I can play flash games better. It's the designers duty to make sure the game runs on all computers, at the very least on the lowest graphics.
Why does the Fast Kill chain thing run out so god damn quickly?!??!?! It makes getting it to 100 nearly impossible. Otherwise a fun game, but increase the Fast Kill chain run out time a little bit, please.
Really had to scratch my head on most of 'em, since I wan't born in the NES era. Never the less, I got about half right without hints.
Also, if you get the MORE SPECIFIC voiceclip, keep clicking Submit so the clip overlaps itself and goes silent.
Final boss took me four tries. The big ass bullet attack can be dodged if you got the middle and a bit to the right. The one where the boss shoots lasers from it's spikes in a random pattern, just go to the right side of the screen as far as you can, you can't get hit. Rocket attack has already been explained by someone else. The small lines of bullets and big bullets are easy to dodge, weave through the big bullets and go between the lines. Just make sure you don't go to the left side though, the bullet lines at that side aren't in the same horizontal lines as the ones on the right, you will get hit if you go there.
Was I the only one who went FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU when I found the potion bottle? I hope not. This isn't a bad game, but there should be some sort of indicator for what you can pick up an what you can't. Also directional arrows for all the ways to go. It's confusing to navigate in this game.
Level 50 was easy as hell compared to 48. Also Hard mode can go suck it. Anyway, very addicting. 4/5 -1 point for slidy or w/e you wanna call the controls.
Ok, why do people like this? This is crap. Getting the gates is stupid, because if the gate is low and the next one is high, you're going to lose your speed no matter what. Jumping through the gates trick rarely works because of the unresponsive controls and your reaction time.
