This game is great, but I have some suggestions. I think that level should play a part in PvP points gained and lost, because if you kill someone 4 levels higher than you, you should get more than just 1 PvP point, even if they're lowly ranked. Also, you shouldn't be able to attack reactors that are of your own guild. I've had my PvP protection go up 20 levels higher than I am because I accidentally clicked on a reactor in my HQ while trying to move around.
