Hero's Arms	Mar. 21, 2010 Rating: 0 correction, soulmunchies. the max level for all stats is 21. when attack hits 21, you shoot thunder each time you swing, but to get to level 21, you need all stats to be at lvl 20. if you don't believe me, try to do it yourselves.
