Pause and build, never upgrade miners, only upgrade to THELs when you plan to make a permanent defensive structure. Recycle EVERYTHING when it isn't being used, swarm small asteroids with miners to clean them quick, expand by building defesnses in the direction of the enemy and branching off of those when they come from a different direction, etc. etc.
To Draimo, yeah the costs are kind of silly, along with the tourism and the expenses of a city you just vaporized. Still, if an infection gets to be this bad, a very viable option would be to quarantine and even exterminate heavily infected regions. No matter how horrible it sounds, it IS a viable option for containment.
1 was kinda crappy... 2 was alright... 3 is good... it's like the opposite of how a series normally goes lol. Hopefully if you make a 4 it will stay like that.
How mine works is it doesn't rely on infectivity. All it needs to do is infect indonesia and the world is as good as infected. Indonesia will go up in infected very slowly at first and so will every other nation, but that's exactly what you want, otherwise they will develop a vaccine or madagascar will shut down its ports. What you want is: Indonesia- 100000 infected. everywhere else: 50 infected
Unfortunately this time it didn't hit madagascar for me. =\ the boat left like 2 seconds early and didn't get the disease in it. every country is infected except madagascar, and every person is infected except anyone in madagscar and about 9/10 of the world is dead and their stupid vaccine failed =|
1: Pick Parisite, it has the lowest visibility. 2: Start in indonesia. It is one of the easiest places to spread the disease fast, it has a seaport right next to madagascar, and it has 2 airports and flies in planes to almost every country, which includes every island nation. 3: buy heat 1, moisture 2, drug 1, sell starting symptoms, get no symptoms and no transmissions. 4: Wait until every nation is infected before getting infectivity traits. 5: Hope to god madagascar is hit by a boat, and if it is... 6: Enjoy killing off humanity.
