to everyone asking for a mute button... try using a little common sense... the little button with the microphone with waves coming out of it? possibly a mute button (for all of you guys that are really special; the mute button is above the speech box)
if you're not going to change the recharge time, then change the exp you get from raids... 30 en can get a maximum of 90 exp. this would make leveling a lot faster and increase the number of people doing raids
