Bug with the Barbarian's omnislash ability, at times if you pass enemies before activating it, the barb will go back up into the purple cloud to kill them and you will die. Besides that fantastic game.
Clicking the "end game" button on the left side of the screen will not allow you to submit your score. I had a 100,000+ game and didn't want to wait and clicked it and now all progress is wiped.

I have the same problem with 3-1. I already have the star on the door but cannot get the key. I sent in a bug report and didn't get anything back.
Shotgun accuracy is ridiculous. Fun game. Also, some accuracy challenges don't give expert unless you don't miss, even if it says 5/6, the award isn't given.
122 continues. I do believe that this game does rely on skill and luck. Some of the setups that are given on levels are nearly impossible. 3 times on the columns level I had a top and bottom that were essentially connected with no space between. Irritating to have to redo entire sections because of impossible placement.
