I dont think the game's Mechanics are working as intended. As I have 41 Dex while the monsters have 4 and yet they end up hitting me more often then I can hit them. As the mechanic suggests at a base of 65% i should have 102% chance to hit them while they should only have 28% chance. Or is there something wrong with my math?
Nothing wrong. In order to keep the game challenging, dexterity test is limited to 30%-90%. you have at least 30% of chances to be hit, and at most 90%. We have added more explanation.
