@leatherface2069: Make sure that your web browser settings allows cookies to be stored and not deleted upon closing the window. Also make sure that you back up your save file in the event that you lose your save file again. Private message me your operating system (windows 2000/xp, vista, 7...) and the web browser you are using and I can tell you how to back up and restore lost files. Dont give up on pingy! it doesn't take long to get back to level 38 =]
@kronokiller: Advertising increases the number of orders that you receive so that you can sell burgers faster. You need to purchase a sales counter from the ping-mart first
@LBTRM: To fix that all you need to do is click on the game window (basically any where in the game). Sometimes the window gets deselected. Hope this helped!
Hey guys to ensure that all your hard work isn't lost I found a bunch of programs for the most widely used web browsers which allow you to backup/restore your information (i.e. cookies). Scroll through this list and find the web browser that you are most comfortable using and continue playing with out worrying if you'll lose your pingy. + this comment so that everyone can see!

@abyssoft: if the snail game was easy then everyone would get 50 combos with out effort. I assure you that getting 50+ combos are indeed possible. Not all snail patterns ensure that you will get good combos so keep an eye out for streams that are close together. As for upgrading the bucket, there is no need. There is an invisible border around the bucket that allows you to catch snails that are not directly over the bucket itself. Play around with it and i'm sure you'll eventually get it =]
small issue with the auto cooker. once its on and you run out of snails, if you want to start it up again you have to turn it off then back on rather than just hitting the "Cook 5 snails into 1 burger" button.
To all google chrome users please read. To ensure that you do not lose your save files and your pingy like I have =[, please check out the extensions: swap my cookies, and edit this cookie. Together these two extensions will protect your save file from being deleted by any means. Please + this comment so more people see.

If you do decide to put music and sound into the game, I'd suggest adding a "ping" sound (no pun intended) to let players know that an event has been completed (i.e. time to collect interest, whales farm is finished, etc.)
I cant seem to be able to save my game. I found out the hard way after playing for 2 hours and hitting the refresh button only to find that I am now back at level 1. From reading other peoples comments I'm assuming that this game saves automatically. I am currently using google chrome. Do I need to do something special in order for it to save?
You need to allow Flash to stare data (go to 'Settings', for the right click menu, and put the slider to 'unlimited'), and make sure you don't delete your browser cookies.
