Is it just me or are some of these fish uncatchable? O_o
I'm at a lake right now and there's one green fish who simply refuses to move vertically.
He just keeps moving left and right but won't move down to the ground no matter what I do.
And the fishing rope can only be used to catch fish on the ground of the lake, so it's literally impossible to catch him! :O
Or did I miss something?
Cause I don't see any way to control the length of the fishing rope,
keeping c button pressed down will only move the bait down to the ground .
Did I miss something?
PS: Tutorial+Shortcuts would be necessary !
What is going on? O_o
I was just buying the coconut armor and shortly after, I couldn't see any enemie at all! :O
Not that they disappeared, they are still there and still beating the shit out of me!
Anyone had this problem too?
Tip for everyone (cause the game lacks a tutorial):
You can chop trees with the c button.
(I know it looks just like your usual attack but it isn't)
Fishing seems only possible with a fishing pole.
As I read in the wiki, you can get at a place which you can go to via the mushroom train station.
Go to train station, buy a ticket for 1000 coins and drive over to this other place. You should be able to find someone there who sells fishing ropes.
Ah one point I forgot:
There are way too less weapons!
I mean: first shop offers weapons up to level 5 and weapons at the next shop start at level 19!
That's ridiculous!
That basically means grinding your way through 14 levels just to get a slightly better weapon! ("slightly better" means in this case: instead of 6 damage per hit, you can do 8 damage per hit;
how amazing! :/ )
A way to reset my character and a way to reset the skill points would be nice.
I accidentally upgraded artillery to level 9 before I came to realize that a level 5 paintball pistol s*cks ass compared to a level 1 melee weapon.
So I wasted 19 points on a useless skill and that's why I'm now at a big disadvantage.
PS: by the way:
It's ridiculous that 2 more levels in a skill can decide whether it's "one hit kill" or if you don't do any damage .
This makes this game depending way too much on grinding low level enemies ( which gives 5 exp per kill, in comparison to 400+ exp necessary for a single level up!)
this game sort of lacks a tutorial.
It took me a while to find the shop,
I didn't know why the new bought paintball gun does no damage at all,
I still don't know how to fish or chop trees, etc. etc. etc.
There's so much that isn't anywhere mentioned.
And having to click anywhere for map, menus, etc. is really annoying.
This game really needs shortcuts!
How can I enter levels like the bouncer cave? O_o
When I stand at the teleporter and press down,
a loading screen shows up and then simply returns me to the teleporter. O_o
The controls are a bit strange. O_o
To move around and jump you have to use the wasd block but to do the shift-down-thing you have to use the down button.
So I really have to move my hand from the wasd block to the arrow keys just use the shift down.
Why splitting this stuff up? O_o
One should either use the wasd keys or the arrow keys for everything.
But forcing me to use wasd for movements and using arrow keys just for shift-down is stupid.
So please allow use to use shift-s for that shiftingdown thing.
The Arrow keys gain extra functionality as you progress through the game, the sum total of the functionality would not fit on the wasd keys, in addition to this I thought it would be better to allow the user to move and shift at the same time if desired, rather than limiting them to one or the other.
Tim is a asshole bunny xD
