"The 2016 hit game is back and better then ever!" Well, I do not want to know how this game was in 2016 if this is "better"... No more menu button once you buy the advanced layout, no more updates past the ~4k units upgrades, no save (since I cannot access the menu anymore)... 1*
You should obfuscate your code. Or at least do something with rightclicks (which of course will not stop code sniffers). Also event listeners should be attached to the element instead of being written as an attribute. Apart from that I liked the game!
Yeah, no. just no. Take this game down, delete it and create something that is at least halfway good. Basic Idlers/Incrementals are the simplest genre out there yet you managed to screw up big time.
Please make other keyboard layouts usable... I found out what key to press but I am neither used to those nor even half as fast with this wonky layout.
I apologize for the inconvenience, Der_Chris. Unfortunately there are others who have also experienced this issue on well up-to-date setups, and a solution is still being looked into.
One quick question - how are steam tokens calculated? When I came back to the comp this morning I had around 30k Gold with 10 Tokens available (did not rebuild then) - I then spent all the gold and am left with 8 available tokens.
Hover over the button. I t tells you how many you get for what.
You get one per wagon. And you get some for the gold you have. That one is not really intuitive though. IIRC you get one for 10k gold +2 for 100k Gold. And more tokens for even higher amounts.
So I guess you had at least 100k and you bought one wagon.
What version of the game was it? I´d also like to know OS + browser. The game is suposed to save but it seems to fail for some users. How I try to get a workaround that irons out some of the possible reasons for the problem.
You should not loose your save while rebuilding. It saves just before that menu opens. So you would have your old train and all stats as you open the game again.
Hey, thanks for the feedback! Regarding the lag: It slows down the update rate when there's more people playing in order to reduce the strain on my server... I've been monitoring the usage though and it looks like I'll be able increase how fast it updates -- this will result in less lag!
Can you describe which part of the game you find lousy? Since its my first "playable" game ever, I 'll try to improve it.
