Hmm, simple but decent. Would have been better if the guns had limited ammo, call your shots and run away. Heck a hard badge for NOT using it would have been interesting >=D.
Kinda expected a pun at the end with Man-cakes instead of pancakes. Cuz they are yknow zombies and fond of people meat not breakfast o_O.
More stuff that needs fixing: comparrisons with shop and equiped and unequiped and equiped items, its an annoyance to have to look back and forth when it should be side by side.
Being able to drag and drop an item onto an existing item and unequipping the first
Double clicking to equip items.
There really is quite a lot of stuff that youd expect form an RPG missing :o.
Also needs a better "map", you should be able to see ALL "battles" in a chapter, and highlighting them should display what is needed for the gold trophy, what you have now is just...horrific.
Looked promising, found several annoyances right at the start
Inability to exit fights/its hidden far too well. Due to the randomness if i dont get a good starting set its pointless to try for gold
Needs to be clear how many turns i need BEFORE the fight for gold
Inability to exit the gold shop to enter the trophy shop
No real "Tutorial" just another fight
Boring.
1/5 =/.
Right, played a few minutes and this already annoys me: graphix look very generic.
The grammar in the description of missions and abilities is just...horrific.
No "are you sure?" for purchasing abilities.
By far the single worst Nerdook game (and one of the worst games in general) ive ever played. EVERYTHING is wrong about it. the Laser gun is cheap, forcing me to waste money and take huge amounts of damage that is unavoidable (teleporting into a free space with 3 guys around it and taking insane damage or being pelted with lasers) there should be a sheild/way to destroy it.
You dont get nearly enough stars to upgrade most things, this makes the last levela chore and much harder than a medium.
mouse only, no way to pause and place everything, if there were number functions this wouldnt be so bad.
in short -50/5, whoever Betad and okd this is a troll. Third worst game with badges o_O.
Well it wasnt terrible, but there were some huge glaring faults.
It was VERY samey, bar the end with the jetpack ("its underwater", its a freaking jetpack -.-) , and after the first level pretty much everything became a "its in this room, dont leave till you fnd it".
Ingame text- so uh, the cutscenes were atleast gramatical, the ingame text had tonnes of typos and gramatical errors, as if it were made in another language and translated?
Story as a whole - it didnt make sense, it was just 4 zones with pretty much unrelated cutscenes, she got a train ticket, why did she get off the train to go exploring...
Anyway Artwork was kinda cool, so 2/5, could be worse could do much better =/.
my hombre keeps running away at random, made the game harder than it should have been.
It was short, you could have made a longer game, or yknow made it you play as the female trying to find the best time and place to hide the letter or something.
It also would have been nice to reject her yknow >_>.
Anyway 1.5/5, now hold up there. The artwork was decent, and you have potential for somethign better, but this...there wasnt enough to give a higher score o_o...
Seemed interesting to begin with, music loop started to get really, really irritating after a few minutes, mo variety in this sense would be nice x_x.
Apart from that fairly interesting but not unique, but on the most part everything works well therego 3.5/5
But anyway for a rating, well theres bugger all unique, its all been done before in better games with more content, and for that i WOULD give it a 1.5/5, but as most of it was done in 2 days 3/5, its nothing special and there are far better games, but there are also far worse.
Ok, so you did this in 48 hours.(or atleast some of it, the "extended" part is iffy...") and for that its not bad. But there were many things that really should have been ironed out, such as. The map was useless, as people have been saying, some form of remote radar for finding items would have been nice, or at the very least showing hidden areas before you actually touch them. A compass would also have been nice, a "this has been unlocked" or "go over here", found it took a long time more than it should due it not knowing where to go next and simply guessing. Which leads to another point, its too long. It stopped being remotely fun just before the first boss fight, adding the rest was repetitive and unnecessary.
Not really anything that sets this apart from other "make X go Y distance" games =/. Thats really all I can say about it, its not horrible, but theres nothing great or original.
would be kinda interesting in the second if you could change the angle and have a bonus that slows down the power bar. You could, then use this to have a "boss fight" by booting the boss into radiated waste...would explain the giant poop on the street.
Anyway would get a 1.5/5 but 2.5.
Froze every few seconds for me, either its my internet or its been made pretty badly o_O. Virtually unplayable in its current state >_>. Then again its does seem pretty damn generic so I doubt im missing much ;).
Lack of proper ending =/.
Not a horrible game, but there have been far better Nerdook games out there, this is prolly my least favourite one tbh. 2.5/5 so 3, due to not much really going on.
Right I figured out how to play eventually, and it gets uppidied to 2.5/5 (but lowered to 2 , I didnt have any fun playing it, at all. Also the instructions as I already said wernt helpful, even the time honoured tradition of "bugger instructions Ill figure it out as I go" didnt really work well.
Wouldnt be playing were it not for having Badges =|.
...I have literally no idea what im doing here, read the instructions, tried to play, no idea if what im doing is right or not o_O. For now I cant give it more than a 2, because well the instructions make bugger all sense to me. Ill try again and may change this later.
