It's a pretty cool game. However, it's incredibly confusing and unintuitive with all the doors, puzzle hints and keys. I ended up using the walkthrough for around half of the game. I love the atmosphere and the fact that you can "lose". Also, the places where you can use a *special tool* (trying not to spoil anything) could be marked more clearly. A solid 4/5.
Rottenbastard, I'll give you a little hint: You don't need the calender or a code to enter the next room - you have to use your FORKING mind *hint hint*
How can you go from creating Burrito Bison 1 and 2, one of the most popular classics in Kongregate history, to this incredibly dull and repetitive grind fest? And what really Pee's me off is the new "you earned something, but you'll have to watch ADS in order to actually get it"-mentality that has struck this platform. If this game gets badged the way it currently works, then we'll truly know that Kongregate has lost its grip.
As people already stated, there are just too many codes to remember, especially when they are strange symbols rather than numbers/letters. I wasn't baffled by the puzzles, which is a shame, because I really liked the atmosphere and graphics of the game.
I'm not even gonna play this. The name and the comments is enough for me to determine that this is your typical P2P sh*t. Thanks for keeping Kongregate safe, guys!
After all those games and all those promises about making the game series work, you still manage to fail miserably.. Shops? Exactly the same as in the previous ones. Thieves? STILL too many, and the guards are too mentally disabled to do anything about it. Why would you even bother making sequels when all you actually do is changing the theme?
How on EARTH do these sh*tty, dull P2P games keep being determined as badge-worthy??? People have been talking about Kongregate going down the drain for years, but now I'm starting to believe them..
One of the few games where I wish the hard badge was actually harder. Pretty straight-forward playing style after you've gone through the tutorial, although it seemed a bit poorly made, getting that much information in 10's of small message boxes ^^
You know you've stumbled upon a stupid game when the game itself asks you to turn off Adblock. That is some first page in "The Book of Game Developing" kind of stuff...
What started as a small project has become quite an impressive achievement, and you deserve kudos for that. However, you've now made the game a lot more complicated by adding for example the latest update with new shortcut buttons. Take the shop menu; it really ought to be more compact and less time consuming when navigating around - maybe make it fit on one page :)
