just a quick search the games development stoppe din 2013 and ever since tons of sites had it uploaded, this guys profile was created the same day this got uploaded so do you think it is the guy who made it?
can you add a manual slider for shield and hull in the HUD that would sound alarm of the same volume as kill indicator or use the consumables(rmb to toggle)?
I don't think if you intended the camera to appear getting bigger when you zoom out, but I don't see a reason why the particle field should be around the ship and not around the camera. If the camera should appear to get away at constant size, then the particles should be made spread way more and generate in a radius around it. I would really appreciate visually estimating speed at high zoom levels with this. I don't know if it's practical, but you managed to do some impressive tricks already, but when my 25 drones strike multiple mag fields the amount of sparks turns my game into a slideshow on a gaming PC. Could you please turn that effect way down?
the vilot view has some shape at the top of the circle and there are horizontal and vertical lines coming to a right angle on the top-left part of the circle, all 3 of these are affected by the light of the star, are they supposed tob e there or are they unwanted artefacts?
I'm getting wrong images for mining jobs, plasite instead of quasor etc. And the dust particles are too big. the ginormous ship shouldn't look like a car in a hailstorm. also no drone life counter sucks
and it's totally unfair to have 0.0019 acceleration if i equip 2x stackx6 and 2 astro burners(1 rare) even with 0 cargo. what is the point of acceleration modifier if it doesn't change with my load.
I tell you how it works, you point your ship in space and head to where you want, if you do at least 40 boosting you will get there in a minute, the system loads on arrival. costs a lot of energy to boost that far but one system or two is ok for high end ship.
that high end ship gets the pilot view stuck inside, i think you need to change the camera position, it seems to be where all the weapons and hitbox is.
anyone complaining ybout default game economy: I made game where its easy to mine and pasy pirtes, 40 systems mixed gates, and many jobs pay million or more for a few rocks. I have 8M and destroyed officer 25. if you think its easy make a hardest possible environment and then try.
i had to go back to work, don't have as much time when i'm working, after this stretch i have another 3 weeks off, so... stay tuned :)
