This game would be a lot more fun if there were quality control options. It runs far too slow for a lot of people. For that matter, what game doesn't have quality options?
A decent enough game. Used to play it all the time years ago on some other site. Replaying it now, though, I can't help but notice that it's kind of repetitive. Each stage feels like the last with slightly different terrain and a new enemy on occasion.
My only complaint about this game is the loot system. Did you guys actually think about how much stuff weighs when you were assigning values? A brooch is a type of jewelry you might pin on your dress. It wouldn't weigh 56 kg. That's the equivalent of 123 pounds. That's insane! And all of the loot is like that. Scale it down or something. Makes no sense.
Another thing I've noticed is that a sprite model will go over things like health bars. It's rather annoying not being able to tell how much health an enemy has or what the top buff on Tristam is.
If the game kept track of sound settings from the last time you saved the game, that'd be cool. That way I don't die of a heart attack every time I load the game lol.
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but in a PvP match, it seems like I only get around 45 seconds or so for my turn, whereas the opponent gets 60, plus another 10 if they stop responding.
If you're going to leave the white outer border, you need to change things like Opponent names. Because white on white just doesn't work. Font colors need to be adjusted if this stays.
Paul, some people have their own music they like to listen to while playing games. On a different note, what's the purpose of having a restart button when you can just click on the level and it restarts automatically? An undo button would be much more useful.
My main complaint is that you can actually run FORWARDS faster than you can run BACKWARDS. If you think about it, that's basically saying that you and the zombies can speed up much easier than you can slow down. If anything, it should be the other way around.
