I enjoyed the game but it was wayyyy too short. Great voices and animation. Puzzles are a bit easy and you can get through by just randomly clicking everything and when that doesn't work, click on something to distract and then clicking everything else.
Game was very easy on normal level as long as you fully upgrade repair, cannon and then ships. I didn't bother with most of the turret slots as the turrets sans upgrades are easily destroyed. Just a couple of maxed out missile turrets in back (not in front where they can be easily damaged) did the trick.
I like the idea of this game, but the execution is flawed. Why can't you scroll up and down when you can scroll right? Why is the sole strategy of the aliens kamikaze stile attacks in front of you? Why are turrets so hard to destroy on ships and many of them inaccessible? This game can be awesome if a few issues like these are corrected. Would be nice to have shields, special weapons and other components of the ship you can add and improve. And then you can beef up the enemies accordingly. At the very least the game would be a little more interesting if you could just scroll in all directions and have ships coming from all sides.
Looks like you need to complete a bunch of easy levels and accumulate points before you can easily pass the normal and hard levels. If it's too hard, try doing levels on easy, of course, this makes the game even more tedious.
How the heck are you supposed to pass level 4 on normal? I've tried re-allocating skill points and switching through various types of towers with no luck? This game is ridiculously hard. Please scale back a bit.
What's with the dialog between levels? It is so gay!!! THE MOONLIGHT WILL BRING ABOUT THE PEACE FROM THE SKIES.. crap. Other than that, seems all you do is just point and click. While doing this is fun with Diablo II, it is very boring with this one.
too boring. when it gets too difficult to just wander around killing everything, you have to find a dead end, have two of the concrete barriers right in front of you, equip the chainsaw and make sure you have the dynamite merc and another decent one. Then you just sit there with your chainsaw sawing away the whole time. Can't lose.
very boring with little variety. need more units and other ideas to keep things moving. right now it's too easy and slow-paced and each level is virtually the same.
very fun logic and planning game. like others have said, the fish levels are way too easy and the rotating ball ones aren't too difficult. the hardest ones were the ones dealing with the multiple color patterns that should have been put towards the end of the game.
Piece of crap. On the shift level, I'm getting if (shiftman.hittest (fakedoor)){explosion() error. The screen is all locked up, if I continue the game, same thing. Forget this dumb game.
The later levels look much harder than they really are once you figure out you can use functions in F1 and F2.. ie Under F1 you can list multiple F2s etc.
wow you can actually beat all of the maps unlike the last elite defender game. Only problem is the massive lag toward the later levels and I'm running core duo with 4 gigs. maybe have a mode to switch to ultra-poor quality during these lag spikes?
This game is too frustrating and takes wayyy too much time to master a map. The third level is just ridiculous. How are you supposed to have upgraded towers in four+ different spots as all the various routes open up. Plus the only strategy seems to be getting level 5 electric towers with the massive range, but I'm not sure how to do this with the 3rd map and the spread out strategic points, so I suppose there must be other ways to win, but I'm too frustrated at this point to bother.
