Level 34 - after an hour of trying I managed to finally do the level, cause 90k worth of damage and blow up 2 missile trucks. THEN it told me I'd blown one truck up. These glitches need sorting - I was enjoying this game before luck and glitches came into the fray...
My tip for the badge: Play each level at least twice - first level ignore getting the pizzas, and focus on finding coins. Do this as many times as you need, when you've got them THEN go back and get the pizzas and complete the level. Hope this helps!!
