Could you please specify which buttons and cases when it doesn't work. Also please provide your OS version and Browser. We never got described bugs before.

The game doesn't save the progress, so next time I open it, no continue from previous game, always new one...
Sorry! Here is possible solution: If you have game save issues, there are 2 possible solutions: 1) Mozilla Firefox - settings - privacy - change to "Firefox will - remember history". It will allow to save game savings. You can use similar approach with other browsers. 2) Google Flash Global Privacy Settings panel - Global Storage Settings - Allow to store up to 10MB - reopen browser. It will not restore this corrupted save, but should help with the future savings.

I have the same problem, I dont know if its just me but i cant get passed the second area in the tutorial, it looks like a something is supposed to be on the green circle thing but its empty. I looked on zoutube guide...and it should be that when I cometo the wall of leaves, the hero sazs something and I need to go to green circle....I did all this, but nothing! The game is shit!

I finished Elaria campaign on 4 mastery level, but didn't get reward for it. It supposed to be so that I receive reward, but it shows 3/4. I refreshed the game severaltimes, reboot my computer, clear all cookies, but stiil didn't get a reward

I couldn't play the game already 4 days in a row!!! When I came in, got daily reward, it says "script error" and crashes! developers, please do something!

I'm unable to get level 10...I need to complete task "collect 26 million herts total" but this task doesn't fill at all!!!! I for sure got some of the hearts, because I level up pets with requirements of 2 million hearts

That shouldn't be happening, be sure to play in chrome for the best results. I do apologise for the inconvenience, I try my best to help all of my players as fast as I can. Lmk if there is anything I can do to help.

WTF? How to get daily tasks reward? From all tasks I could get only 160 points, so I couldn't get last chest for 180 points! Developers, you are suck!!!
