"Maybe one day you will explore another deserted planet but have to find all those tools again for no apparent reason" best ending, please make it happen
More control options to switch between blanks and filling in pixels please? and the reset level option so I cant see the clue I accidentally clicked and can rely on logic to solve the entire puzzle.
Completely loved this little game :D levels were just the right difficulty for a casual break while providing a little mental stimulation, and the addition and integration of new concepts was well implemented. Only ended too soon for my liking! ;)
I like the concept and execution of the game, but a bit more balancing may be needed (though the game being made in ten days is a acceptable enough reason for this). I was able to buy the "best" armor and weapon ridiculously early in the game, which decreased my incentive to continue playing, not to mention quite strange for a roguelike game. "Stats" could be made more clear-- I assumed it meant the stats from my gameplay, not important information about the game's stats like magic and mana (which I was confused about).
Okay, I made it so that you can't get the best armor early on in the game, great suggestion.
I wasn't really sure how I could clear that up. Stats seemed to be the best name for the button. Stats Info, Stats Information (with a break in-between), etc, all seemed to be either too long or just as likely to be ignored. I wanted to make a pop-up at the beginning that the user has to read before he/she plays, but before you know it I was out of time, and I ended up scrapping most of my ideas and settling for a simpler rogue-like than would normally be expected out of the genre.
EDIT: Okay, I tried using Stats Info as a button name, and though it looks kind of awkward in the current font that I am using, it seems to be the best option.
Thanks for playing, Glad you enjoyed it! :)
