Maybe even just a button to heal all units to click on instead of the tedious click-drag of every unit every minute. My only other problem is that in battle you can't cancel a command so your stuck selecting a target if you accidentally click attack.
The bonus level glitched on me. I couldn't repair my war machines for $625 even though I had thousands due to a glitch that wouldn't let me build more units after continuing from a saved game.
