explanation of what can do every special ammo...would be nice, and....increase the % what does? is a probability to activate that special every shot?

hello a quesion, on the arena, if you take the 1000points for a tamed monster, you take the bonus permanent for the character or only when you equip that monster?? thanks

an what is the use of the workers?
