Pro music composer here, and a fan of AoW 1 & 2 ! but I have noticed the lack of music in the first one (playing hours of the same J.S.Bach score … meh ^^) and maybe no music at all in the second (or it doesn’t work for me). Age of wind 2 is so close to being great that I actually took the time to give you feedback…. There are some minor bugs that become frustrating. I didn’t even realize there were more than 4 ability point categories because you have no scroll bar or any indication that it should scroll. The same problem exists on the map, as I’m sure you’ve seen. I had to try the game on my smartphone to even see the rest of the map or abilities. The only thing I’ll complain about is the game speed… Don’t make it so tedious to go on a trade route. The only options I would see are making the ships easier to upgrade(give access to faster ships quicker) or increase the base ship speeds? I just don’t want to sit there watching my digital rendering of a ship cross a digital rendering of the ocean. Unless you want to add outbreaks of scurvy or random mutiny events to make the time pass….

Ive been playing the game for a long while to see how high it can go… so far im lv 48 beat game and such yadda yadda heres what i found.

Problems:
Controls stick
Speed/distance control
Mute
Tutorial (even though most people hate it… this really needs one since it took me an hour to figure out how to use my dang fire cannons)
Typing errors and wrong worded phrases on almost all of the missions scripts
Quests need to be reloaded every time a person logs off, not a message log of what the mission is… a full reload. Quests also need a bug fix when you hit certain things out of order the mission will not complete… + without reload won’t fix.

Things to Think about:
Easy caravans/pirates near the beginning islands (except when certain quests/missions are activated) Back to normal when quest/mission ends)
Harder caravans on the opposite side of the map (Left side Easy, Middle = Medium, Right = Hard, type of layout with random “special” groupings for those who wish to be brave)
Ship to ship trading
Fleet Creation
Control over direction of fire
Easier Leveling? Either less Xp for the larger Lvs or more Xp given from the bigger caravans and pirates?

Good things:
Visuals
Music (annoying after a while but good none the less)
Story line
Controls are easy to use

You might know this but I have noticed if you buy 1-9 peaces ammo (any type) and have less than 10 spaces in your ship left you can still buy a full set of 10 of any cargo item. So I can end up with 133/130 or 358/350. However, if your ship is full already full you cannot buy ammo (contradiction there). But if you have less than 10 spaces (1-9) in your ship and you pick up enemies’ dropped stuff you cannot go over your set amount. You end up picking up less than ten of a cargo.
Also it is kind of annoying when you kill a tower (or a ship) and its cargo drops right in the middle of an island. Last thing I can think of is the towers’ firing. It is bad. It always predicts where you will be and shoots there. That is good, but all you have to do is turn slightly and it completely misses. Not much you can do about it I guess it is just so easy to dodge their shots.

You are doing some good job here. Btw would be good if mission objectives show different targets and status e.g. 0/10 wood delivered, Places visited #1 #2 #3… also it would be great if player’s ship won’t be slowed down by white ships, just add a manual break for those who want to engage the white ships. I do tests on MMOs too so send me a private message if you need a tester.
