No. he has a total of 50 victories. I have a Brute (and I'm not linking it) with over a hundred at level 11 (I don't cheat.) He's not a good player, just a cheat.
(1) Give it a star (might as well get something out of it. (2) Flag Game. (3) Report them. (4) (Sadly) Repeat as necessary because the guy is a cheat.
