Nice game, but there is one big flaw for me... It looks like the game would have been more fun with only 1 gladiator. 3 gladiators prolongs the action too much, and makes the game very repetitive.
The 3 gladiators are too similar in skill and game play and just don't seem justified. 1 on 1 would have been much more fun!
I totally understand the energy and waiting system. It's just that here it is ridiculous. Look at another similar game Bounty Hunter - there with a full energy bar you could play for at least half an hour. In Dawn of Dragons, you play for half a minute. I don't know who would even pay money for an energy refill, given how little time that gives you.
Ok, I clicked with my mouse 5 times and my energy went to 0.... this took approx 20 seconds. Now I have to wait another 20 minutes, to play another 20 seconds. Is this even a game? That's ridiculous.
Not to mention the combat system is laughable. Opponents cannot hurt you? Is that a joke? What kind of battle is this?
Shop items are pitiful. The once sold for money are 100 times more powerful than normal items.
Just, I'm amazed and insulted that such a game exists on this site.
Why you hide my comment? As if it's not true... This energy refill is silly. Normal RPG games have a sleep function. But here, since it's all about the money (kredits, etc.), you have to wait.
Already finished the game. Very well made, nice graphics, sound, gameplay. However, the game gets boring when you play it for more than half an hour. That's why I needed a week to finish it. Something should be done in this regard. Maybe different kind of missions will help. Right now it's just find this tower, defend it, find this factory, defend it. More skills would be nice. Also, difficulty level should be higher.
People concentrate on the wrong things. An energy drink costs as much, because it's magical. It restores your stamina, happiness and improves your skills. Come on, which other energy drink can do that? I think it's cheap to be honest...
This game has a lot of potential, BUT... at 23 years of age I have bought every item available and have trained every skill to the maximum + I've earned almost every achievement. There's not much to play for anymore... So improvements in this area are necessary! Otherwise, great work, and with a bit more twweaking, this can be one of the best games on this site!
