LOVE the giraffe mount. And the whole story and cuteness in general. Also love that when I panic after accidentally falling, I can hit the jump key to jump off walls. Just one bug I've found: the high scores list. (I've seen a different font once, maybe on the lvl1-3 high scores, and mine doesn't show up - there's just "AAA" "999" or something)
D'oh! Used the escape wings (drag+drop it onto your character to do this!) once I worked out how, and then I realised I'd spent all my gold buying awesome weapons/armour just beforehand... If using the escape wings, may I suggest people don't do this! I just forgot. Ah well, 5/5 for an epic game. I'm trying it again!
5/5 for a fun, beautiful yet simple puzzle game. As I woke at 4am for work today, I probably should have left it until tomorrow to play (I'm really tired!!) but it was a fun couple of hours that I'd gladly do again if there was a sequel... *hint hint subtle hint!*
You know, I was going to buy the $1 mill chainsaw, but then I decided to sail around the world on my pinata-funded yacht, enjoying the rest of the candy I've acquired.
It's actually REALLY annoying that the huge hand comes up pointing the way to how to level up your workers EVERY TIME they are able to! Once is good for a tutorial, but the rest of the time it just gets in the way! I mean... what if I'm happy with not paying my workers more? What if I don't want to level them up just yet? It means I need to deal with an annoying hand, that's what.
ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THE BADGE: Zoom out your internet explorer/firefox window!! A smaller game screen means you don't take as long to get all the targets! Seriously it helps!!
I bet you saw that I would upgrade to the best machine gun, shoot upwards when the cursor's just under the coin box, then move my mouse off the screen and back up the top to aim... you saw I'd be that lazy and you added an automatic PAUSE function. Well played, sir. Well played.
My main problem was that when I opened the shop screen, the game kept running in the background instead of pausing. And if you used the shop screen between waves, you could still accidentally click next wave THROUGH the shop screen menu! Plus, there was no tutorial, it could do with a simple one. Especially one that tells me how to change guns.
Good game, nice original idea for the 'map'. Can't quite figure out why everyone feels the need to climb the building in such a strange manner, but hey, everyone likes letting out their inner ninja once in a while! 4/5
