What is the point of the bounty office if all of the people with bounties on their heads are either: under protection or being raided.
Make white flag book/vacation book unequippable by anyone with a bounty, make them not receive ANY protection, if they buy protection and a bounty is placed on their head, their protection is instantly ended, and bounty office should show who is being raided/under protection or not.

Well whoop-de-f***ing-doo, I can't claim a bounty because everyone has protection, their leader is in Brookvale on an automated mission, and everyone is under attack by another person.
My problem with the raiding system is that the leader can just go brookvale east's large park and automate a mission, leaving the leader un-harmable. An idea would be to make the leader unable to go on missions while a bounty is on their head, no matter how small the bounty is.
List of things that can be fixed: 1) shorter return times/upgradeable deathmobile 2) Inventory sorting 3) two of ALL dropoffs (wood/metal/cloth only have one, but food/water and ammo all have two - gardens and collectors are technically dropoffs) 4) No fuel required to trade 5) A balance of resources, because I have 2000 metal and 100 cloth/wood 6) Zombie apocalypse? more like the vest apocalypse
You know how the junk item "Power Cord" is described as being a wire wrapped in rubber and plastic insulation? Then why does it not yield plastic or insulation when recycled?
