How do you even attempt to do the acid trip version of stage 3 or 4...my little brain cant handle the amount mindblowing this game has...Its amazingly simple, addicting, punishing, FAIR and challenging, this definitely deserves 5/5, hell 6/5 even
Alright so, I know this is beta and all, but still, there are quite of nitpicks that really impact the game...a lot...First of all, the game constantly reminds you, you should spend money, needless to say some of them being insanely high, I mean 30 kreds for a respec, that is speaking for itself, you can spend about 80 bucks to buy ingame currency, really?!... Next the game seems to lock up controls when there is a lot of stuff on the screen and given Im playing on rig that can run modern games without a hitch, yet apparently it cant handle this flash game. Another thing, game difficulty falls short I mean as long as you know how to walk backwards and shoot forward you cant really die, multiplayer is doing whatever it wants it seems since if 1 guy in the party has a slow connection the whole thing goes out of whack, now dont get me wrong I loved the previous SAS games and I know NinjaKiwi are famous for their "Freemium", but this just seems overboard and not just a little bit.
Intuitive, good sound assets, radio chatter of the soldiers on the battlefield is done pretty much to perfection, realism is definitely in there, rifle/machine gun positions wont engage armor, but will engage light vehicles, AR position will prefer armored targets on their own, but will target infantry if there is nothing else, enemy AA can target your air strikes and disable them, enemy infantry uses back alleys, smart mortar targeting and a ton more...graphically I would say remove the hexes and instead highlight the structure with the unit in it instead, but other than that, the fields are done really well, not all that difficult, but on hard still challenging enough, would definitely deserve a sequel/level pack
The concept of this game is great, but there are a lot of wrongs as well, now I know its all about getting money from people that play, but the constant annoying pop-ups that beg you for cash get obnoxious really quickly, also this aint a facebook game, dont have every little thing get a "do you want this to be on your wall...", gameplay itself is clunky and not very challenging, there is very little variance in combat since its just leveling, you cant make a specific build for your dragon, the weapon doesnt make much difference in the matter, even if you are trying to make it so, which inherently makes the gameplay dull after a few matches. I can see what you tried to do, but to pull this kind of a game on a Unity engine is...well a little too much, if you were to make an actual game and polished it up it could be a really well done competitor in the MOBAs.
It must have been years, maybe decades, I cant recall, since my quest began, now I sit here in front of my little forge, writing these words.
I must have forced bunnies to a point of extinction, the lizardmen run and hide before the sound of my footsteps, the mighty golems on the sky islands, whom were thought invincible, now bow before me and honor me as the ultimate warrior. My blade and armor must have seen the forge 300 hundred times over and grew to be a part of me in battle...many consider me a god among men for I slay my foes with the speed of light before they even unsheath their weapons... And yet... there is one question remaining to be answered... WHERE IN THE 9 HELLS DID THE KING RUN OFF TO!?
So, I sent out 3 people with a chance of survival 73% to not be detected and 80% to not die, if detected. And the result of that search was 2 out of the 3 died...What in the hell were you doing people.
ok, so another thing, after getting 8x8 and more the game actually breaks, the dps doesnt climb or degrade, music cant be switched on/off, or the quality for that matter, so Im done, because I think if I go any higher the universe might implode from all the goats.
After purchasing about 25 boards and maxing them all out, this game runs with a speed of about 1 frame per year, it would be actually better if the other screens were not moving, except maybe one which was just active, while still calculating the DPS, that way it wouldnt be necessary to sacrifice the quality, since flash was never build to withstand this kind of abuse from all the coins my rough estimate is that there might be about 50000 coins generated each second.
I was wondering why is there so few left-handed people in the world. Turns out you murder them all in the colloseum. Since everyone you fight againts is left handed.
If it were possible, I would like to see some sort of persistent stat upgrades to your towers/soldiers. While the ingame upgrades are definitely good, it would add a little bit more lifetime to the game, if after each battle, you would be able to spend your hard-earned cash for something like: Military Kevlar (+20% HP to heavy soldiers) or Piercing rounds (15% more damage for your guns) and stuff like that, something that would make you go out there and kill Zeds to get cash to pimp out your guys with extras.
This guy has been in so many games now and in every single one he proved himself to be nothing else but a complete badass but still we dont even know who he is(at least I dont think we do). I would want to see him personalized a little bit more of course in the most badassest way possible.
