From a game design perspective, this game sucks. No offence, but I've done every shadow-runner quest I can, and still am not at the highest level with them. That means, to get the last quest, I would have to grind for, in all likelyhood, a few hours.
While this deserves a 3 or 4, I gave it a one. The reason was: I don't think Armor Games deserves prize money from a game which was pretty much the same as a game they already made. The two player was new, was a bomber, but all other changes were superficial and image based.
My greatest complaint with this game is that once you have pure mastery, you never need combos again. I would like to have seen 7+ towers get special combos (such as orange + purple can 'drain armor' or a red + green poisons with the stun)
yah, aside from that pretty good. 4/5
While this game was ok, the fact that your duplicates end up making mistakes on their own is incredibly annoying. Without altering anything, I can lose a game
not a disagreement with this game, but that medium badge should reasonably be hard. I mean, the shift title badge takes at most 5 minutes, and is the same point value, while this takes over an hour, and requires vigilance to ensure you don't die.
While I was impressed overall by the game-play, there were numerous buggy things, or logical errors. If you have a healing effect active and win the game, the effect takes place even though it no longer matters. While it may just be the RNG, I had instances of 95% accurate attacks missing three times in a row. Not dodged, just miss. Logic error?
Aside from the item restrictions, this is a very good game. I know why balancewise, but it was really annoying to not be able to use some of my cards under any condition
