Cool little game. I like the combination of minesweeperesque searching with rpg fights. I suppose I could claim the best money-making method is too repetitive, but I just so enjoy beating drunken Andy over and over again. It appeals to the misanthrope within me.
Great game. I like that you can improve your ship not only by buying upgrades, but by getting achievements. This feature is unlike many games where achievements provide no tangible benefit.
Great game! An excellent development in the "idol game" genre.
I have an idea: make enemies occasionally drop buff cards that activate immediately. Make the drop maybe about a 1/200-1/1000 chance or so, so that it happens only infrequently. I find that I'm saving up my cards to use in the idea situation, but it would be cool if sometimes buffs just started in the moment.
Thank you! Happy to hear you're enjoying Crusaders! I will add your suggestion to the list of player suggestions to consider. It sounds like it could be a neat one. :)
Thanks for this wonderful game! It reminds in some ways of old-school 8-bit era RPGs in terms of the plot, with obviously more rich dialogue, mixed with Diabloesque gameplay and FF7-like battles (all of which should be taken as compliments). I also like the way you worked the premium content, which I seem to be getting for free now. I'll nevertheless make a donation soon. 5/5
What you find when searching should reflect more the location where there are searching. Just searched a box in a warehouse and found a picture frame and a bottle cap. Should be something more warehouseish.
Excellent game. The story is well thought out, and I like the concept.
The game became a bit too easy for me because I had a rather epic survival round, before I beat the second boss, which allowed me to purchase most of the upgrades. I read below that you intended the game to be bigger. I would have been nice to have some harder levels that were more challenging, even with maxed out upgrades.
I was thinking, "Well, this game might be alright even if I just play with silver." Then I started upgrading my counting house to make more silver, and even the silver production upgrades start costing gold.
I will gladly pay for premium content in a good game, but this model: ridiculous.
Great game! Thanks.
I will echo what others have said: because level 30 is so much harder, I find myself needing to grind a few more upgrades but getting them is, as you know, tedious. I'm gonna check back in a few days, hoping you've scaled up the cash bonuses a bit.
