Also, why complain about the badge? It's simple, all you have to do is get to level fifteen, and i did that in an hour. Although they should take it off the frontpage, it doesn't really deserve it.
Well this game IS a time-waster, something to do when you've finished all other things, like a quick play of DEFCON. I do hate alot of things in this game, but it's fun. You have to look at a game for what you can make of it, not what the game is. (That probably makes no sense) I play this game because i like playing it, the features are f*cking crap, but i like the game. I find it fun to design a base that looks good, or a defence that can acctually defend. I also like trying to be better than other people, and helping others.
Peter4bbit, you kinda ruined the comment with the 'not' at the end :S The sarcasm was highly noticable. I like the game, but what the hell is with the high times for everything, high level things take ages! I'm not waiting over a year for my level 24 res area or lvl 12 thor!
I hate this game, the Wheel of Fortune always goes an extra space when you land on something good, upgrading can be HIGHLY overpriced with little improvement and insane times, the explanations can be hard to undestand (some) and it's insanely hard to get good things. But i'm still addicted to this game, I spend alot of my time on it, hours every day.
Ok everyone, shut the hell up about getting more shiny. Were lucky we can get it from mushrooms, he could just remove mushrooms alltogether and make you buy it.
I know on Mac, they're not actually shipping the latest java. But there are ways to update -- check the FAQ and google around, and if you solve it, write in and I'll add your tips to the FAQ :)
