Nerdook, I'm sorry to say this but this doesn't cut it. I've always been a fan of your games but Legends Of Kong+ and they've started to go downhill. It's easy, repetitive and not very strategical. Although it has nothing to do with you, I'm also disliking how every Nerdook game gets badged by Kong when there are many underrated games that deserve recognition. 3.5/5, DAZ.
So it's not just the staring that's awkward...it's the fact that they're sat in a semi-circle so they can all stare at you comfortable while leaning back in their seat. Why do they only sit in a semi-circle? Dafuq?
FFS, PEOPLE. IT SAYS CLEARLY ITS INSPIRED BY KINGDOM RUSH. GOD. Also, I enjoy this > Kingdom Rush because of the way its designed [Level specials] and it's funner then KR overall.
Alright, I'd like to say I love it, but it just isn't that great. Firstly; why can't I build my character myself? You can grind, so if you built wrong you can always grind a bit, or add a respec. Because it automatically builds you; it has to build you right to win the game or else that'd be pretty bastard. Because of this, it means a very easy game. There's no fun in a game where it's blindingly easy. The battle system isn't as creative as you say; choose a skill, hit them at the timer. Skills are built for you...so yeah; not very strategical. The story is sadly lacking; I'd have preferred a more developed story but this is a prelude. Art was great and music was nice, but overall, this hasn't reached its potential it should be. I'll be looking forward to the next installment, hoping you take notice of suggestions. I hope you keep listening to critics and reach this game's full potential; it's good but it's not great as of now. 4/5
@Go1988 Seriously...there IS NO GLITCH. YOU MUST JOIN TABLES TOGETHER TO MAKE 1 TABLE, OTHERWISE IT IS CONSIDERED A NEW ROOM. SO YOU HAVE TO PUT 5 TABLES TOGETHER SIDE BY SIDE. FFS guys...
Level 12 isn't as hard as people say. I've tested it a couple times and I can do this on about 1/4th chance; you must cover approx. 1/3rd of the screen in the initial explosion - do this by blowing it up as balls are on the edge of your explosion or about to hit. This way, you make a ring that goes outwards and continually goes outwards as it can't go inside.
