This is a pretty amazing little game, love the way that progress carries into each new level instead of clean slating you like most games of this caliber.
Also love that the music reminds me so much of Utada Hikaru's Sanctuary from Kingdom Hearts 2
Level 25 shows how dumb the computer must be seeing as how tic tac toe is un-winnable game unless one party makes a mistake, and seeing as how you're playing versus a computer there should be no way for you to win yet somehow you can, must be weak programming....
zooming/seeing villagers wouldnt be a problem if moronic ****ing devs would stop making low resolution games without the ability to zoom or expand the game size in cinematic mode... its getting ****ing old
So tired of these shit servers, when i started playing this game servers were great now its just lag and maintenance bringing them down all the time. When you get cheated out of time on a WR or ER because of servers going down 5PG should make up that lose for us, just bullshit....
Ill never understand how out of all the games on Kongregate the games by this dev continue to be so popular. The mechanicsa are weak the gameplay (what little there is) is boring and repetitive, and they all seem to be cookie cut versions of the previous game the guy makes. How is it fun to move a circle through a dungeon picking up crap until finding an enemy then having a battle where you get 1 hit to every 5 misses?! It's ridiculous especially when there are so many good rpg style games on Kongregate like Epic Battle Fantasy series or the Valthirian Arc series, but this game and the others of its series... pure tripe
8 GB of DDR5 memory and an HD graphics card with 1 GB dedicated graphical memory and this piece of shit still doesn't want to load correctly, well screw it then...skipped.
I'm so tired of badge of the day games being games that only load "sometimes" or for people who actually want to install all the these dumb ass out of the way plugins for their browser...

Whats the deal with the bug of going into a level and killing every single enemy and then somehow you end up being infinity stuck in the level because there is one enemy left and he has no health bar and can't be killed? what the hell is that?! I've completed the level already but when i got to replay it every few times of entering the level this glitch seems to happen. Anyone else have this issue before?
it amazes me how players come to the comments looking for helpful info on a game and when someone posts some they just down rate it so no one can see it.. whats the point
i really wish that so many of these flash game developers would stop making games, especially these great looking 8-bit style games, unable to zoom in and out or to get larger when going to cinematic mode. Its nice being able to clearly see everything in the game without having to be right on top of the screen. I'm using 2 27 inch hd monitors (dual-screening) and no amount of zooming the page makes the game any bigger, so its this little square game in the center of my screen.
Other than that this is a great game and despite what the whiners in other comments say this games developer should continue this very entertaining and well-thought little series.
this is one seriously shit game, one screw up and you gotta start over from the beginning because this cheap buggy shit wont let you go back or reset a level or have a do over of any kind. some bored kid sit in a room about 5 minutes drawing a bunch of crap drawings and then threw the garbage together and called it a "game". how kongregate seen this as badge worthy is beyond me...
Another thing I wanted to ask is why doesn't the bestiary cover all the monsters? I encountered one rare monster that gave me a medal upon killing it, it looked like a purple guitar, and I didn't see it listed in the bestiary at all.
I get lots of medals but can't seem to find a way to check which ones I've earned. Other than this small issue I think this is an amazing game especially to be just a linear RPG flash game, simple yet eloquent :) Big thanks to its creator and hope to see them coming. Also played the second game and it ended up being even better
