For anyone looking to achieve "The Truth":
Go back to the ejection chamber (not the pod, the room you began in). Use the key card to get the spacesuit, put it on and depressurize the chamber. Close the interior door, then open the exterior one. Once you've done this, click on the opening, you should see a bunch of debris in space. Open the small rectangular hatch on the left, and click on the chord that's inside. Now click on the debris. Once there, click on the individual pieces of debris, moving them. Behind one of them is another small crystal. take it, go back to the ship and then (and only then) place the bomb onto the engine. Hope I helped.
