Level 15 when ya push the button to push the trolley forward no matter how many times I refresh it still does not move forward more then an inch what do I do?

I've noticed when playing the game for some reason my router crashes and reboots once I get too the second level if this is a bug please fix I love playing this game and that bug ruins the fun
