on 26 put the bottom and top panel thingys in line (well slightly left of the center) with the first whole darker blue panel on the right, and the side panel thingys in the very center then you can get it to go completely verticle! :)
wow. that was the lamest game ever. whoever scripted it was a complete tard. your stupid link crashed my computer and it took me 2 hours to reboot. 0/5 for pure suckageness
