I found 'glitch' that might not really be a glitch, but if you get the bounce achivement to a point so low that it generates about 0.001%-ish range, then you do it one more time, I was able to get around 0.000000000001 bounce per energy, even though it was just about 0.0008% lower, so it should have been around 0.008 energy -Thanks, Friendly Person
