Maybe for things like generators the power output should be numbers, not the 1-5/5 thing because both medium generators (armored and normal) are 3/5, but the armored generator has way less output than the normal, which is a problem when you're trying to reinforce your Sythe only to lose 30% of the required energy when you install your brand new, just bought armored version of the generator

When one reactor is more durable and protected and can survive more in the event of an attack and has less energy production, the other produces more energy, but is balanced by the fact that it has low strength.
