I have to agree with most. Though this is reminiscent of Balloon in a Wasteland and has some similar elements it's by far a more challenging game. Even with the high end guns you still have to keep you wits about you and there is no completely safe ground. In Balloon you just a have to upgrade your hiding place enough and if you have any high end gun they game is over. Also agree this has some replay value as I played it on a hacked site just to have a shot and some of the better guns and finished it as was easy with the hack of course. But I find myself replying just to get to the end with out cheating and even though getting my ass handed on a plate I keep saying next time a little bit more!!
I've changed my mind on this game. 5 stars from me now. Just have to get into it. Gets a bit soul destorying getting shot down so easily at the start but when you unlock weapons it doesn't get too easy but you feel like you can bring it a bit more
I've reported this idiot I don't know how many times. Kongregate are doing nothing to get rid of spas like him. He is dragging their name down too. I remember when this was the place to go of decent enough games, true they still had problems but at least they were what the description of the game was. Not this crap, no pun intended as this isn't funny. A joke is only funny to apoint and this has gone way past it's use by date.
This is like a one of those cartoons you saw as a kid that had some sort of life message at the end. Like look both ways before cross the road or don't lie to adults
Finished game. Ending is a little bit of a let down. Exp for kills is far too low. I'm level 13 and I've done about 8 of those circle engagements most ending with ships such as Man-O-wars and it's only nudged about 2mm.
To land at Treasure Island approuch coming down directly from the north. The island will look as if it has a skull looking at you as you approuch the ship anchored off the island will be on your right. If your on the right heading you will dock as per other islands but a little out more than usual out from the shore. There is also a bug I noticed with ports, being that some times you don't dock so you might have to try it a few times
I think I may have discovered why you can't buy boats even though you seem to have the stuff. If your charisma is increased the cost of the boat is shown to have dropped, however that really isn't the case. I decided to head for cuba and buy the Galleon 1 that is normally 120,000 but with my charisma it was around 105,000 but when I purchased it 120,000 was deducted from my stash
Seems to be a bit of a bug for buying boats. Other players have posted same. At the moment I'm trying to buy a Galleon 2. I'm level 7 and have 128451 in the bank. Boat is level 6 and 110,264 as my charisma is at 6
Not sure on if this is possible. Could you put the Camera on the arrow buttons and movement on the W,A,S,D buttons. It would add a bit more to tactics if you could swivel the camera while changing the direction of the boat.
Great game. Tons of potential for expansion Just a few things I don't like. I don't like how the camera goes to almost a top down when you come close to other ships and you have to keep you finger on up inorder to see whats around you. Also it would be nice to have a button for each side of the ships cannons. Some times when your maneuvering the you tend to shoot the wrong.
