This game has a problem when playing offline... "Context3DUtils.hx:127: Error #3702 creaing Context3D: Context3D not available."

Yep, the game requires Stage3D. You could try opening the file in a standalone player (as opposed to a web browser), or you could make a "wrapper" html file. See http://stackoverflow.com/a/10869261/804200 for more information.
