This game would've been easily a [4/5] if it wasn't for the last 2 bosses. As such for the difficulty leap from "relatively easy" to "hardcore" where you might as well start us off at 0 points since thats where we're headed anyways I'm giving this game a [2/5].
I'd have no problem killing Rangor if my computer would stop freezing for a second whenever he or I attack... or move... or sit there doing nothing. Fun game, good story [5/5]
4 monks + 6 captains both upgraded, got me the indestructible achievement and full stars on the limited gold level. Try this strategy before downrating my comment.
@Slade911 That's your limit break meter. Go into the Skills menu and each character has a couple limit break moves which you can use when the meter is full.
Kind of annoying trying to pick up all the money when my penguins kills turtles in every part of the screen within seconds of each other... otherwise fun game. [4/5]
Only one suggestion, A hotkey for the spells. Having trouble trying to grab spells at the same time as grabbing mana from my now dead monster. [5/5] Finally a good anti-TD game.
I remember the first time playing this game. I started in madagascar and thought, "This place is WAY too small" so I restarted. After an hour of failing I read the comments...
@wolfbill If you were paying attention during tutorial you'd see your an assassin from the future sent to kill people. So killing indiscriminately would have serious repercussions. Though I think you should be able to knock out guards... just ignore the ever-growing pool of blood when you 'knock them out'.
