this game better make a turnaround soon or it will be dead, these frequent outages will drive people away. The fact that they don't give any gems/gold as compensation for outages (like pretty much every other game does) doesn't help either!

It would be nice if there were some daily rewards to strive for in this game. Also, if you skip getting reward pack one to save up your silver, you won't be able to claim the reward when you get tier 2 packs...

This game needs help. No way to know what is going on, too many options, no good explanations!

Ability to get new cards needs to be modified. I have won over 60 games and have only 16 cards to show for it, many I won through starting and challenges!
