"Another flash player is causing an audio conflict!" I have about 30 tabs open right now. Do you know how many websites have flash based ads? But none of them are playing any audio right now so it doesn't matter if they're running. Also of note, I don't have any speakers for my computer right now so it matters even less.

I've upgraded everything in the upgrade menu and I can't get the 'upgrade complete' achievement. I also don't have 'champion' or 'totally worth it' any ideas what I'm missing?
