Transform with O. It's the only button left on the 2x3 button control scheme. This game is cool, but it's kinda boring. The only way you can win later on is to use someone that can transform, whereas I'd rather play with say Yugi or Ruroni Kenshin...
My only problems with this game are the pathing and the no exp for redoing a level (but only in the case where your squad dies). On pathing, I can camp a squad of archers behind a building all day and win because the enemies aren't angled correctly to actually make it around the building. And for me to make a squad better, I have to put them in new fights, but if they die in the fight, they're gonna grow slower than the rest of the squads, which makes them lose more fights. For about 50% of the campaign, Squad 1 was at like lvl 4 while the others were at level 1 because they just died too often.
Guys, this game is cool. Sure it has some issues which need to be fixed, but those can be overlooked at least somewhat. But we need to lay off of developers trying to earn some money. Sure a company like Berzerk Studios probably makes a lot off of advertisements, but people complain about this kind of thing on even the games of smaller dev studios. Every developer needs to pay the bills, so of course once the company reaches a certain size, they have to introduce some alternate way of making money, unless you want your game filled with advertisements. What i'm trying to say is, if the payments aren't directly getting in the way of playing the game, then don't pay if you don't want to.
for those who don't know what to upgrade/keep losing early on: for almost every month until the young mage competiton, keep going to the mana cave until the town crier says that the elders will be judging you soon or whatever. when that happens, dump 15 of your skill points on your attacking bolts and your mana, preferably your attacking bolts. for that last month before they judge you, learn "additional high bolts" or "additional low bolts". either is fine. then go to the training ground when prompted and spend the rest of your points on the same as before, but also on your additional bolts. rinse and repeat.
why escape through a open fan vent thing on the bottom floor when you could wall jump up an endless tower filled with electric spikes and a lazer floor?
Better model for paper airplane: $1900. Cost to trick out the plane: thousands of dollars. The paper I use to make my own paper airplanes: not even 5 cents. For everything else, there's mastercard.
@nadrewod999 i think the problem lies in something like loading speeds and all that. i get a lag spike on IE 8 or 9 or whatever everytime people post quickly on the chatboards, but only on this game. and it's interfering with more than just the mouse for me. it stops while scrolling the screen, typing, and every time i send something to the chatboard
if you are using a hanglider or a a paraglider, -5 resistance is the perfect resistance to maintain your max speed (once you already get there) while falling slowly. less makes the speed fall and more makes the speed go to the inefficient red zone. rate up for all to see.
Wonderful game, but it could use some upgrades. Everyone loves upgrades. Esepecially a running upgrade, or maybe item appearance upgrades. It constantly annoys me that I can't run backwards far enough to catch the antidotes I missed when the zombies force me to the front of the screen. And maybe it was done on purpose, but on the later levels I never run into any fuel.
