jitters has it spot on. Game is awesome. There are a lot of things that affect your damage, especially terrain. Catapults work awesome on units in towns but have a high miss rate on Fortresses and absolutely miss in forests. Every unit is like this, they all have special circumstances where they do awesome or nothing. Learning how to use each unit is essential.
Wealth towers is where it's at.
Remember you need 800 gold for a level 2 wealth tower. Get one to level 3 before building your second tower.
Get the gem upgrade and keep restarting till you have 1 red and 1 yellow.
how does it hurt your hand it has auto-fire?
Get a bunch of turrets and upgrade the drone repair bay to repair everything. Healing is the best attribute to have.
