Where is the prestige for roulette? I can't figure out how to get slot machine, and have 10 casinos with roulette at level 37.

I'm at the point now where I can almost get all buildings to 600, and I feel like I've been grinding for a week with no progress. This game doesn't have enough progession to stay interesting, even though I'm curious about the later elements

Level 6 was rough... Star is ALL the way to the right. Hook the rope to the stick at bottom of ladder. Sway the thing, collapsing guard tower. Hook rope to branch. Wait for elephant. Sway the thing, dumping snow on cowlephant. Feast.
