Great, awesome game. I'm actually completing both normal and hard, which is rare for me. Only gripe, "Hahah! I've just about passed the impassible chasm of lava! Ooh, a necklace. I shall stop and stare at. Oh god fire!!!"
Alright, maybe it's because I'm partially blind but... the lack of commas in the upgrades section makes it harder to tell how much influence my upgrades are going to have.

Game's too glitched to give a good rating. I'd like to give it a 3.5, but I've watched a stone mine burn for a year now despite being surrounded by fire departments. So, 1/5
This game is lame in such a way as to be brilliant.
Crap graphics, no sound, and painfully simple. Despite this, I've mined a light bulb or "light essence" for over a thousand clicks.

Awesome game. Reminds me of my days with crystal cavers. Suggest adding a kick feature to send dynamite up and forward. I would use this on those damn bats every time.
The problem with over specializing on mechanical science: You develop teleportation to the point that it becomes standard in all elevators, but you're unable to stop a disease from infecting and destroying nearly all of your population.
