@deathboy - no you need full health at the beginning of each wave of the round. You get your auto-repair just before it checks your health, and you need it maxed as each of the 4+ waves starts even if you end the round damaged.
Gozo: Nobles & Rangers get taunt, not sure if any other classes do. I know that Hunters DON'T and I'm playing a Hunter right now and miss it. Level 5 taunt is awesome. Having 10 AP and using it 5 times is even more awesome.

I would just instantly have them all, unless one of them requires getting the last medal (so completing 100 levels of hardcore or something).
@clairebear - trust me, at the higher levels not using the tiles given means you will lose. If you just fire blanks you will never manage to kill the bigger spiders before all the little ones steal your secrets.
